and where regulation performance must be within tight boundaries we
offer LINEAR power supplies. There is the added advantage of low noise
(even without psophometric weighting) which more than compensates
for the larger volume of the unit. |

For
larger DC power supply systems added availability can be achieved
by making up the system of parallel modules. If the total load current
is "y" which would require "n" modules of rating y/n, we supply n+1
modules so that one module may be removed without deteriorating the
system integrity. These systems are normally supplied in free standing
cubicles. |

We
design and manufacture small power supply systems which provide in
one unit all of the separate sources required to do Ion Assisted Deposition
of thin film in both Optical applications and Hard Coating of metals,
with the requisite system linking and interaction. Electron Beam power

A
requirement of critical loads whether for Communications or Industrial
Instrumentation is to "Back-Up" the DC supply with batteries in the
event of mains failure. We supply these systems complete with features
such as regulated charging of the battery, alarms for all important
parameters and controlled sharing of load current in a multi-module
system. Separate regulation of the battery charging current assures
no interruption to, or downgrading of, the system load current. |
