Perini & Scott (A/Asia) Pty Ltd was founded in 1961 and all group companies continue to be wholly Australian owned.

Regulated DC Power supplies for Telecommunications, Process Control and Navigational Aids were the foundation products.

Monitoring equipment for water purification has led to specialised products for OEMs in ore treatment and beneficiation. A successful guidance equipment development for rubber-tyred gantry cranes has led to over 30 container handling cranes being fitted with drive and control systems designed, supplied and commissioned by a group company Perini & Scott Masterman Pty Ltd.

The group has its products in over 20 overseas countries ranging from USA to China, India, Zambia, and Ghana. For the equipment products this is testament to their reputation for reliability in extreme climates and good documentation enabling serviceability.

For the overseas crane systems this has been possible through the involvement, training and support of local service partners during the design, system testing and commissioning phases
